Thus, the activities of the project are primarily targeted towards 100 lecturers and researchers in four institutions of higher education in Turkey and the European Union, among them recognized institutions and leading experts from Turkey and the EU as well as two leading European countries with respect to renewable energy (Germany and Sweden). This target group is of strategic importance and also a multiplier for the promotion of renewable energy and sustainable development in general. The addressed target group will not only benefit from the RENET project itself but also spread the outcomes towards other final beneficiaries (e.g. university students, decision-makers, businesses, associations, NGOs, civil society) who will gain in the long-term from the project information and achievements by having access to latest know-how, expertise and international networks.

A multi-stakeholder approach is used in which all relevant interest groups of society are involved, taking into account similar actions that may go on.
