From 06 to 18 July 2009, the Turkish RENET lead partner Bogazici University will be hosting the RENET Summer School. Bogazici University and the RENET partners are jointly conducting this event which includes various lectures on renewable energy and related aspects.
In the frame of the summer school, students are invited to take part in the Global Conference on Global Warming 2009 in the week before the summer school.

The second week of the summer school will consist of sessions on Biogas technology (to be organised by Burak Demirel-Boğaziçi University, Wind energy (to be organised by Akdeniz University, PV (to be organised by HAW Hamburg), Waste to Energy (to be organised by Turgut Onay-Boğaziçi University), Management & Policy (to be organised by KTH Stockholm) and field trip(s).
